Don't become a contractor. All jobs I've ridden as a contractor are pretty much "sit in the corner and do your work". A strict policy of "don't talk to the contractor". I get it, your not part of the full team but at the same time the nuance of being left aside is harsh. I dislike corporate but it's all about money. I am earning $$$ while those are earning less than. |
