What makes this a “smart drug” as opposed to a “new drug” or just a “drug”?

I looks like a "new drug" with "smart marketing", but looking at https://www.greywolftherapeutics.com/grwd5769 they never call it "smart", so it may be a journalist halucination.

(Let's hope it's useful anyway.)
