I use the Ian Knot [0] (also called the World's Fastest Shoelace Knot) with my Vivobarefoot. Moved to it from Bunny Ears method at the age of 45. Never thought I'll switch the way I tie my shoelaces at such and age. [0] https://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/ianknot.htm |
