Because Novo Nordisc forgot to renew patent licences in Canada. However, as a non US person I am glad generics are now entering the market I don't use semaglutide or any related or similar product but I know people that do and I have hopes this drug is going to reduce primary health care costs worldwide significantly across several areas. The compounding effects of obesity and type 2 diabetes on health costs are huge. |
