It could be. But the US is already doing it, it’s already there. It benefits the entire world to have this data. It’s not expensive. Why reinvent the wheel? More, why not let another country take it over? The reason is because there are those with ties to the American government’s current administration that have decided they will benefit tremendously from climate change and don’t care about its consequences. |
