I guess I'm old and haven't paid much attention recently, but $375 for 32Gb doesn't sound that bad to me. It's not that bad, at least by recent standards, but the problem is that there's no such thing as "price per Gb." If you need 512 Gb you will not be buying 16 Gb DIMMs to get it. More likely you'll be buying 64 Gb ECC sticks, and those are much pricier. |
