Unfortunately, history shows many, many examples of selective enforcement that are used to push racist agendas by the enforcers. Also, I suspect that there will not be anywhere near enough judges to allow people to question the inevitable mistakes that are made if AI is involved. Arguably, most societies don't have enough judges to deal with simple matters such as speeding/parking tickets. |
