Currently TPM at a healthcare-data platform: I own one product line from kickoff through scoping, configuration, go-live, and long-term support, and I'm the primary customer-facing technical contact throughout. Previously rolled out an EMR platform to hundreds of physicians across nine countries, on time and on budget. Over the last two years, I've gone deeper on the build side: designing, shipping, and operating LLM agent systems and automation pipelines end to end. That means production FastAPI services, n8n workflows, MCP tools, and the self-hosted infrastructure I run underneath them. It's why I'm aiming at two role shapes: 1. Technical Program/Product Manager at a SaaS company. 2. Forward Deployed / Solutions / Implementation Engineer at an AI or developer-tools company, embedded with enterprise customers, building POCs, and debugging the integrations that decide whether a deployment sticks. Strongest where the product meets messy reality: regulated/enterprise contexts (healthcare data interop, HL7, clinical workflows), async-first written communication, and turning vague customer requirements into stable, production-grade systems. I'd rather run a demo than write a status deck. |
