i ONCE had the same idea. but I didn't take action because of legal considerations - at least in NZ, such thing still requires legal process, not just a website.

Correct, still need lawyer or some legal action if this is a "will".
but this project is "for save information" with password, so nothing related with "law", but if really need, this is one of "document" that can support it.
