This reminds me of a time long ago when i first found out about uBlock Origin “Medium mode” [1] Daily browsing, searching, reading webpages and such is a lot better when using it. It’s amazing to see how many webpages you can just read without any 3th party scripts being loaded at all.
And in case you do need them, it’s a simple keyboard shortcut to load them (= Relax mode). Other than that, i stopped “consuming” many kinds of media that have ads in them (radio stations, media streaming, etc.)
