You mean American voters have a clientele mentality. Let me remind you any of you could run for a seat. You don't need to belong to any political party. You can even rise through the ranks inside a party. Trump is even an example of a complete outsider turning upside-down one of the two main parties! Your complaint sounds a lot like "we tried nothing and we ran all out of ideas". |

just as well you can say the wealthy people our government caters to also have a clientele mentality. and they get most of what they want.
populists are running for more seats these days and they’re winning so maybe there’s hope.
