Hello, thank you for sharing. Printout is one of good way for sure, but means need to keep updating and print the new one. may I ask if they are handwriting or e-docs? Actually it is not communication problem with family, it is have too many information need to keep. Possible you can give it a try and maybe can give some feedbacks for me to improve? thank you.
