The billionaires can’t handle “losing” money to taxes so they’d just never come here. Whether that would prevent the raid or enable it remains to he seen.

Until they piss off people there too and wealth taxes are adopted there as well. The less havens they have the better

Besides, the proposed wealth tax specifically includes provisions to capture billionaires attempting to flee state taxes
