we are still at the start of it and its coming but i feel that once we understand the math of how to braid particles better we will be ablee to build the first working models. from there the applications and algorithms will follow. i think whats interesting about quantum computing is that i dont see traditional companys operating them. i think its going to be led by research institutions that are not going to be intent on destroying us like the big tech companys.
