My recommendation has been to ignore any news source that comes out more than once a week. Emergencies requiring you to be up to date are extremely rare. Wait a week and most news will simply vanish as irrelevant or false. (Ironic saying that on HN, in the comments on an article of extremely dubious merit. I don't always follow my own advice. But I do keep it to a minimum.) |
