I think so, too. If I'm not mistaken, Tesla first established itself because it made the Roadster, not a sedan. So I don't think there is necessarily a contradiction between fans of sporty cars and EVs, especially because electric cars typically have an edge on ICEs in terms of torque, low- to mid-speed performance, traction control... The problem with the LUCE is really that it's so hideous. But at the same time I'm thinking, maybe it's the right design for the next generation of buyers? Gen-Z Ferraris probably need to be radically different. (But that doesn't mean radically ugly, of course.) |
