There are some that try and they get roasted as “RINOs”. The problem with the two party system is that you either vote for a despicable person that implements your major beliefs or someone pleasant that wants to implement policies you think directly result in murder/famine/societal collapse. Trump can get far worse before the calculus changes for someone who thinks abortion is murder to start voting for Elizabeth Warren. |
