Hugo (gohugo.io), I use it on my personal website. It has a lot of themes/plugins and very easy to use.
Claude Code/Codex with HTML5
It is so easy to manage pages with Claude Code updating them and pushing to S3 / ClaudeFront. Extremely inexpensive also.
