Retail is dead. Until crime and realistic lease rents are tackled I don't see it reviving. I do think there is a market for a store that sells new and used toys that uses customer service and local ownership to help their community. Similar to how some book stores have managed to survive. The key is to keep their costs low and to be small owner who is invested in their community. |
