I don't think attacking the Baltics would stop Europe funding Ukraine. If anything it would make them get more involved. But at least Putin could say he was defeated by NATO rather than defeated by a peaceful agricultural country a quarter the size of Russia. The current situation must be a bit of an embarassment. |
