IANAL but this can't possibly hold up in any but the kangarooest of kangaroo courts. The whole thing in fact seems to be an end run around the judge who saw clearly that this was Trump essentially suing himself in an Uncle Sam costume. Presumably if we ever pursue proper deMAGAfication, these people will actually be put in prison for the massive fraud they've perpetrated against the people and our government. |

Given that the supreme court has gone off the rails, it's absolutely possible that they would uphold this. They already ruled that Trump is above the law, which means all bets are off.
