It wasn't my intent to discover or disclose anything. It was quite accidental. The company's desire to prevent my discoveries from being disclosed resulted in a NDA and settlement offer before I even had a chance to understand what I'd found out. I honor the signed agreement not because I like what's going on in the business, but because I took the cash and I don't like lawsuits. |
