Yeah, we got sucked into the hopefulness, the promise and the excitement of a new technology. It was a great feeling and primarily one of optimism. I remember being blown away by the promise of HyperCard when I first read about it. That promise and excitement didn't last long but it kept me employed. And the optimism certainly went south. |
