Time off of work to get a haircut is insane. Aren't there barbershops open in the evening?

The two I like close at 5pm. I live in a rural-ish area. I don't really take time off, I just start working earlier and finish earlier that day. But still, in Spain, even the store in the tiniest town opens at least until 8-9
