Yes but if you come from a poor country, pay outweighs everything else. Without money the kids may get a crappy education (and I mean really crappy where the teachers intentionally don't teach), really crappy healthcare, and no hope of owning property, possibly little hope of owning a car, etc. Yes compared to developed countries the US may look bad, but most of the world is below the US. Stuff like ICE simply doesn't even register. They've killed only a handful of people. |

It's funny you use education and healthcare as choices, whereby the education and healthcare you receive depends greatly on where you live in the US and how much you earn. Education not having blanket standards, irrelevant of religion, does not suggest high quality.
