So now average-skilled employees generate even more average-quality work. Is that really a good thing. I don't know if those senior AWS devs are thrilled about having to review a crapton of new code the juniors are churning out literally in their sleep. We are now measuring productivity in lines-of-code. This is not going to end well, not to mention introduce massive amounts of burnout. |
