Thermal effect of RF Energy (proportional to frequency) is well known. It is the reported non-thermal effects at lower frequencies eg. on cognitive function, nausea, headaches, fatigue, brain chemistry, nervous tissue, cancer etc. which seem controversial and afaik not definitively established.
