Citing those studies should be peak confirmation bias. So McKinsey made a study with a low risk feel good conclusion with outcomes that are completely subjective based on data that can be completely massaged and we are supposed to go all in with DEI and discrimination? |

Discrimination is the polar opposite of what DEI programs intend to implement. Unfortunately, we’ve been fighting the tail end of the civil war for the past century and the establishment sees equality as discrimination against their privilege.
