It seems to me that Musk doesn't have much of a case. I don't really fault his lawyers for not having much steam.

I mean - Musk - "they stole a charity". Reality - it's still there and larger than ever. How are you supposed to prosecute that in court? Does Altman's lying or not really change anything?
