I wasn’t being perjorative about their financial standing. I was merely pointing out the lack of information relative to just starting a community center. “With what money” is a valid question. And for the record it appears this author is a highly paid software engineer at Amazon. The average person isn’t going to be able to afford to live in and rent out a warehouse in Brooklyn to “just start” a community center. Let a lone the social connections to do so without money.
