Not everyone has the urge to replace absolutely everything with the same deal but with a positive spin. Lottery factor, unaliving etc.

That's not what I mean. I like having products, but you can't really truly innovate if you insist on keeping products that may not make sense. That's why Google, Apple etc eventually cut products.

Google's list is pretty extreme though.
