what is the value prop of mumbli vs the myriad of OSS STT tools that already exist like handy [1], hex [2], ghostpepper [3], OpenWhispr [4], any of the ones listed here [5] or here [6]?
I'm not sure if there is a strong value proposition here. It is more of an exercise. Few hours of joy doing smth :)
I’m not a designer either. I basically took Claude Design, and practiced a little bit.
For me, as an engineer who doesn’t really do design at all, it feels pretty reasonable. Recently I would usually just take Tailwind and some decent default component set, like shadcn, and build from there. Now I can do a reasonable version myself with Claude, which is cool.
