This is what I do, slightly more explicitly saying “just be the real you”. About 50% of colleagues take it well. The other 50% don’t understand the problem, and don’t understand when (and when not) to use AI. They are at high risk. Employees using ChatGPT to renegotiate their salary are showing a serious lack of cognitive awareness. |
