Ah, something I can respond to without engaging in ideological battle. Instead, let's look at history. I think Marx is objectionable because he was, objectively, an awful person. I mean, just to take one single example, look at what he wrote about Ferdinand Lassalle in this letter to Engels: https://marxists.architexturez.net/archive/marx/works/1862/l... ... Yes. That's literally what Marx wrote. The first two paragraphs are particularly revealing on the question of whether Marx was, or was not, motivated by envy. |
