The tech behind this is fascinating- isn't this just how a wiimote works? So simple yet shocked that no one has thought of this before. Pricing seems incredibly reasonable as well (30$ for a lifetime license). If I didn't have a VR headset I would've bought this instantly.

It's reversed compared to wiimotes, where the controllers are tracking a pair of fixed points. Here the phone is tracking the controllers
