Reminds me of something @robfitz told me he was building with his team well before GenAI. A autonomated process that sucks in all the data from continuous cust dev conversations into slack, parsed into backlog which was groomed and triaged by customer voting and product owner and implemented into continuous improvement of product and pushed out to the customer base for feedback.
