As an engineer in Canada, I'm quite frustrated by US-only when it's a remote job and we have the same time zones and culture. It's so easy to employ Canadians either as a contractor or through a proxy like Rippling. I think it's easier than employing people in the US. Is there a reason you limit it to the US only? |
