Huh, something must have changed. At one time, if you entered a URL and title, you could not enter a comment.

And of course I submitted a junk test to see what it does today but there's no "delete" function for submissions. Le Sigh.

Yeah I think this was changed recently, a few months ago I remember the text being a comment.
