Is there, in Scrum, a meeting "to plan the meetings about the meetings", as the critique suggests? My understanding is there are 3 meetings in core scrum: - planning (which is not about planning meetings, but about breaking down work) - review - retrospective None of those are 2nd or 3rd order "meeting planning" meetings. If people throw in backlog grooming or other sessions, that's up to them. |
