Correct. The constraint is the human’s ability to internalize and make tradeoffs. This will continue to shift and there will be fewer decisions that rely on humans relative to the work being completed, but the humans will still remain the constraint in many types of complex work for some time to come. And also fuck scrum and purist agile too. |
