Ask HN: Any nice project ideas that you know you'll never bring to life

Every now and then a nice web/mobile application pop into my head. But because of my day job and a side project I’m currently working on, I already know that this idea will never come to life.

Do you just write them down and move on and maybe eventually forget about it? Share them publicly? If you share them and someone else brings the idea to life, would that make you happy?

Curious what's your approach?

Nice try, trying to steal other people's ideas to feed them to an AI for profit.

Well, to be fair to you, that's probably not your intention but the title makes it look like that. And we can be sure that if any good ideas get shared here, there's plenty of people who are scanning HN for ideas.

I personally wouldn't share any ideas online these days if there's even a chance I might want to swing back to it at some point.
