Yeah. I have realized that everything I bought is eventually a liability. Especially single home houses -- anyone who doesn't enjoy DIY (which I hate with a passion) should never buy one of them.

The funny part is I love DIY stuff - but family obligations leave me less than zero time to complete any of those projects :(
