When trying to make my own version of coke it was interesting to learn that the real secret is the flavorings, which are then mixed with sugar and caffeine etc to form the syrup, which is finally mixed with carbonated water to produce the final product. As the flavorings are such a minor portion of the actual drink (<0.1%) it's really hard to reverse engineer |
