Yep writing works what I call the instinctive memory - and it’s more powerful than pure memorisation alone as it builds intuition - this is much cheaper to act on than continually re-engaging with the brain which is resource intensive. This is why people who have been programming for 20 years don’t get the big hoo-ha about the effect on juniors. |
