Sorry for the delay, I do see people changing their behaviors. A lot of them have burned out and were/are unemployed. Great engineers and all. The ones that are employed, are grinding like there's no Tomorrow. This changed a lot from 10 years ago, when it was much more relaxing to work with software. |
