One weird analgesic/antipyretic is metamizole/dipyrone[1]. It's banned in the US and some of Western Europe (and prescription-only in other countries). Yet it's by far the most used medication here in Brazil and I have actually never heard of adverse effects, except some allergies [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamizole |
