Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but it should contain the info for what is being used. I took a quick glance and it looked like it was at minimum using the following 3 svg filters:

‘feGaussianBlur’ ‘feOffset’ ‘feMerge’

Not that I've actually checked the code yet, but the project page states "CSS3D" as one of the technologies used.
