I still remember the people arguing that lightning is just fine and we don't need usb-c. It's true, they existed. Nowadays, good luck to find someone arguing that lightning iphones are better than usb-c. I guess it would cost them dearly to recognize that they owe that to the eu regulation. In the us they say vote with your wallet, obviously it didn't work.. |

Before that, many of them argued that powerpcs were better than x86. :)
