How is this better than the built in Whoop AI analysis?

Great question. Whoop's AI is excellent, but it lives inside the Whoop ecosystem. You need a Whoop band, and even with Advanced Labs, it's analyzing Whoop wearable data + their own blood panel.

Vitality AI Health is device-agnostic. We pull from whatever you already use: Garmin, Apple Watch, Whoop, Fitbit, Oura.. plus your existing blood work from any lab, DNA/genomics, DEXA scans, nutrition tracking, supplements, and clinical records. Then our AI analyzes across all of it together.

So if you're all-in on Whoop, their AI Coach is great for that. But if you use a Garmin for training, get blood work from your own doctor, have 23andMe DNA data, and track nutrition in MyFitnessPal, right now nothing connects those. That's what we do.

We also generate things like a full Health Summary Report for your doctor, pulling from all your sources so your appointment time goes to decisions, not catching up on data.
