Sounds like you’re overdoing it when you do exercise. Focus on just getting some kind of motion, not pushing yourself until your muscles or heart feel like they’re working hard. Even if you feel like it’s not really doing anything, something is better than nothing. The rule of thumb for a lot of basic cardio is that you should be able to hold a conversation while doing it without pausing because you’re out of breath. |
